LACTO or Homemade Probiotics (*1) is a sour, sparkling and fermented liquid that contains Lactobacillus (Lactic Acid Bacteria), yeast and a great variety of other types of bacteria and nutrients. To drink live bacteria sounds risky, but actually, and since ancient times, humankind has been consuming traditional probiotic and fermented drinks around the world. Such as wine or fruit ciders (Europe), Kvass (Russia), Toffi (India), Naam-Mak (Thai), Kefir or Kombucha. LACTO is a very useful solution, it has a variety of applications and it is so easy to make all by yourself!
We can use these functions easily with LACTO Applications
When we actually use LACTO, it works with the combinations of these functions depending on our applications.
>Check LACTO "APPLICATIONS"
1. Improves Intestinal Flora
LACTO is considered a "super probiotic". The combination of bacteria in LACTO brings a lot of health benefits to every living thing, specially to humans and animals. LACTO will improve your intestinal flora and digestive system.
Lactic Acid Bacteria: Lactobacillus Fermentum, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus Helveticus, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Lactis
Yeast: Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, etc.
LACTO contains a lot of different types of antioxidants. The ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) of LACTO is around -50 to -200mV. This means that LACTO is a very a strong antioxidant and very powerful anti-aging.
Anti-oxidant: Oryzanol, Tocopherol (Vitamin E),
Ferulic Acid, Phytic Acid,
Activate SOD Mineral: Zink, Copper, Manganese
3. Nutritional Supplement
LACTO contains a great variety and well-balanced nutrients, that have been already digested by bacteria making it easy for the body to fully absorb them. These supplements are a great source of energy and perfect for
All Nutrients & Bacteria described above
4. Disinfectant & Antiseptic
Lactic Acid is one of the main components in LACTO and has very strong disinfectant properties. We can utilize these properties for many applications:
Peptidglycun of LAB, SCF: Fatty Acid from LAB and AAB (Acetic Acid Bacteria), Antioxidant Elements (Lower ORP), Antiseptic Peptide: Bacteriocin
5. Decomposition & Cleansing
LACTO contains many different types of bacteria and enzymes. They can break down dirt, oil and detergents.
LAB, Enzyme: Lipase (catalyzes the hydrolysis of fats/lipids),
Fatty Acid (ω6, ω9), SCFA (Lactic, Acetic, Propionic Acid)
Some bacteria and enzymes have detox properties. LACTO neutralizes and counteracts bad bacteria and toxic matters. It also improves the liver function.
LAB, Peptideglycune, Fibers, Inositol, Mineral: Se, Zin, Ferulic Acid
Bacteria creates a lot of nutrients such as amino acids, vitamins and enzymes. It also creates UMAMI (natural taste enhancer) from protein.
LAB: Lactobacillus, Yeast: Saccharomyces Cerevisiae, Kouji Bacteria (Aspergillus), AAB (Acetobacster), Bacillus Subtilis, Butyric Acid Bacteria (Clostridium Butyricum), Actino Bacteria, Cyano Bacteria, etc.
What are the benefits of LACTO?
LACTO deodorize garbage, air, body and many things have bad smell. Lactic Acid neutralizes the alkaline matter of bad smell.
Not only deodorization but also prevent the rot.
Fatty Acid (LAB, AAB)
9. Aphrodisiac & Brain Care
LACTO supports brain function through increasing the amount of serotonin in the body. It also supplies many different kinds of nutrients to improve genital functions.
LAB, Vitamin B3 (Niacin), B6 (Pyridoxine), B9 (Folic Acid) from LAB
Essential amino acid: Histidine, Phenylalanine, Tryptophan,
Nonessential Amino Acid: Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Tyrosine, Oryzanol, Olyzabran, Inositol.
You can use LACTO for a great variety of applications!
What is homemade probiotics?!
8. Skin & Hair Care
LACTO contains benefitial nutrients for the skin. It is an amazing product for skin care that includes some of the substances found in expensive cosmetic products. LACTO is probablly the best homemade cosmetic/skincare item.
LAB, AAB, Sphingolipid(Ceramide), Fatty Acid ω6(Linoleic Acid)
Vitamin B1,B2, B6, B12, Vitamin E(Tocopherols, Tocotrienols)
Inositol, Oryzanol, Oryzabran, Ferulic Acid(Phytochemical),
Sitosterol(Phytosterol), Chondroitin Sulfate, Hyaluronic Acid,
DNA, RNA, Amino Acid, Peptide
We can only use organic ingredients for the LACTO culture: organic brown rice, organic sea salt, organic brown sugar and mineral water. We start the culture with a small amount of bacteria extracted from brown rice, after that we add the crystal of the ocean: sea salt, and the crystal of the land: brown sugar. All of these ingredients are going to be the food for these bacteria.
One of the features of LACTO is to start the culture with wild bacteria extracted from plants' seeds. We don't use artificial starters for the fermentation in our recipe.
To collect good quality bacteria from plants or from a natural source is the key of our culture.
LACTO is produced mainly through the process of lactic fermentation and when cultured properly it is dominated by Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB), with an acidity level lower than pH3.6 (*2). All kinds of bacteria in LACTO are living in symbiosis and harmony. They are beneficial, useful and harmless microorganisms, no pathogens and no bad bacteria can grow in our LACTO culture.
LACTO contains more than 80 kinds of bacteria (*3) and more than 60 kinds of nutrients. Some of the nutrients in LACTO are extracted from brown rice, and some of them are produced by the bacteria growing in the culture. The amount of bacteria and nutrients will depend on the culture conditions and, in comparison with normal food and drinks, the nutrients in LACTO have been already digested by bacteria breaking them down to be fully and easily absorbed into the body.

*1. Probiotics are microorganisms that provide health benefits to humans and animals.
*2. The amount of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) in LACTO can be 1 - 10 million/ml when the process of LACTO has finished with lower acidity level than pH3.6.
*3. Bacteria, mold and yeast belong to microorganisms family. When we use the term bacteria in LACTO-LIFE, it's actually considered microorganisms including mold and yeast. We call them 'bacteria' instead of microorganisms because we use mainly the features and effects of Lactic Acid Bacteria, and the bacteria is more popular and easy to call and understand.
*4 These nutrients are inferred from the nutrients of brown rice and bacteria. We are going to update the measured components after the scientific research has concluded.
